We have had telephone dialogue with your nurse regarding your points as some of the information related to your personal health situation for privacy reasons as feefo wasn’t the best platform to do this.. You made some points about feeling that you wished for better results, Your nurse advisor has discussed the need in your case for adjuvant therapy and gynaecology interventions for your specific condition to compliment the Nu-v and support the ongoing collagen growth that is still in progress. Your personal response to the treatment relates to some of your presenting issues being of a recent nature which was discussed privately. Each of our patients have different health issues and due to our extensive skill set with our nurses having wide ranging experience in a variety of women’s health specialities, this enables us to tailor advice specifically to each patient that may occasionally differ from the generic guidance in our documentation. We had some positive feedback on our internal system when following up as we do, and a diagnosis of another condition in the interim has allowed us to formulate a plan of action moving forward and make some adjustments with other health care professionals that will help you get the maximum benefits out of your Nu-V.
