Item arrived well packed. Slight issue with Courier Network but all good in the end.
good, because when I rang to inform about missing chair leg, I was informed that a replacement would arrive by last Friday. However, there is no sign of the piece, so far.

I bought 3 piece Rose Patio Set, in August.
One leg was wrong fitting which the company solved by posting the correct leg.
Unfortunately, the second chair had the wrong arm. I need the right arm, as you are sitting in the chair. The company tried to rectify this by sending me a replacement. However, the replacement is the same fitting as before... e.g. two left arms as you are sitting in the chair.
To reiterate, I need the right arm as you are sitting in the chair - which is left arm, as you are standing facing the chair.
To add, I love the set design, itself, so thank you for that ! No complaints, whatsoever, about the design etc.
