Cytoplan sublingual hydroxo B12 is at a higher potency of 1mg (1,000µg) per tablet. It is ideal to start supplementation with if one has both a folate and vitamin B12 deficiency.
Difficult - I found the tablets very helpful on an earlier occasion. This time, I am taking various medications for Fast AF, including a recently changed anticoagulant, Apixaban, taken a.m. and p.m....
