I was advised to take additional B12, since taking these my last blood test showed a vast improvement. I have reduced them to every other day as the level was on the high reading.
Knowing that most people are deficient in this vitamin has persuaded me to take it daily. Not all B13 supplements contain both types of cobalamin but I saw this recommended by Deliciously Ella.
