This is a brilliant supplement very easily absorbed and utilised by the body. I was struggling with restless legs at night time and since taking Cytoplan Biofood Magnesium the symptoms have gone.

I bought this product in the hope it would improve my sleep..but was told by a friend (and further reading) that a different type of Magnesium would have been a better purchase. I contacted CYTOPLAN...
These are okay, but I don't like taking fillers so have switched to a different brand that provides magnesium powder, no fillers.

As we use only top-quality ingredients and the right combinations in all our products so that they remain in a form that the body readily accepts, it is sometimes necessary to add miniscule amounts of expedients. We choose to declare these on our ingredient list even though it is not a requirement to do so as the amount is so small and only there to help the active ingredients remain in a form that is effective.
Our Biofood Magnesium is one of the best Magnesium products on the market, however we do have Magnesium Threonate Magtein which does not contains any expedients at all.
