I am sorry you are finding difficulty swallowing this product. Our Biofood magnesium has always been in tablets, and in fact is due to change to a more elongated shape very soon to help with swallowing. However, as this product has always been tablets, I think you ment to buy Magnesium citrate, which is in vegan capsules (vegetable cellulose, not plastic).it sounds to me as if this is the product you have had before. If you would like us to change it for you please contact us directly and we will do this.
