Too big. Previous was plastic coated and easier to swallow.

I am sorry you are finding difficulty swallowing this product. Our Biofood magnesium has always been in tablets, and in fact is due to change to a more elongated shape very soon to help with swallowing. However, as this product has always been tablets, I think you ment to buy Magnesium citrate, which is in vegan capsules (vegetable cellulose, not plastic).it sounds to me as if this is the product you have had before.
