Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback. Most people tend to notice feeling more relaxed or sleeping better when they take magnesium.But if you are a healthy person with no health or stress issues then a little extra will still always be helpful as it is used in so many enzyme systems in the body.
I take it daily as do most of the rest of the staff at Cytoplan
