I have M E and find this product immensely helpful and notice the difference when I try without it.
I notice a great improvement in muscle function in particular.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatique and plays a supporting role to many of our normal functions, and is frequently lacking in our diets, as well as being easily depleted from our diet by food processing, cooking and food refining techniques.
