Amber has generally been known as the stone of cleansing. Amber is excellent for healing and purifying, whilst also holding a strong connection to the sun and earth. These amber cabochon stones consist of a pack of 5 and are of mixed shapes and sizes. Please note the image is an indication only and individual packs may vary. Amber has a hardness of 2 - 2.5 on the Mohs scale and a specific gravity of 1.05 - 1.10. Please note that due to the nature of the stone, natural inclusions will be visible and colours may vary Care: As with all gemstones, care must be taken. It is not advised to place amber stones in an ultrasonic, steam cleaner, chemical cleaning solution or soap solution. Amber should be cleaned with an untreated cloth only. It is advised to avoid exposing amber to prolonged periods of heat and light. Please note Cooksongold amber has undergone heat treatment.
