This square undecorated iced cake is covered in smooth white sugarpaste and comes in a choice of 8 or 10 inch sizes to decorate yourself. Royal icing beads hold it on a thick cake drum (board), but it's otherwise blank. Add your own finishing touches with figurines, flowers, wedding decorations, or airbrush with colour to create your own design. Our un-decorated sponge cakes are ideal for wedding cakes, birthday parties, or for any special occasion or celebration. Our cakes are of the highest quality, made from a light sponge with a moist, soft texture. Available in two sizes - 8 inch to serve up to 24, or 10 inch to serve up to 36 portions. Choose from classic sponge with raspberry jam & buttercream filling, or chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream.
