Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you very much for your feedback, all of our plastic and metal sheds are delivered next working day as long as the order was placed before 1pm, this information is available on our website and I am sorry if this was missed. I can see we were able to leave a message for the courier authorising delivery in your absence after you called and spoke to our customer service team on the day of delivery. I hope all ran smoothly from there.

Thank you for the response. I did manage to contact them and ask they deliver the box in the afternoon. I then I had to help the gentleman with the package into the house as it was all in one box and far too heavy for one person to carry. Also I believe it took so long to put up not because of the poor instructions but because of the bent metal and the badly cut pieces which we had to fixed before we could put together. We did manage to sort this in the end and the shed is now in full working order. Kind regards.
