I can see that you ordered a pre-order item which is stated on the product page prior to purchasing. I am glad we were able to sort this issue for you and sorry for the delay with Royal Mail. Our warehouse is in Leeds which is why the item was despatched from there.

The earrings are fab, they were a gift for someone and they love them. The only issue was took a while to arrive but think it was more of a brexit isssue then an issue with their usual service.
