I am sorry that you felt the experience fell short on this occasion. We are always working to improve our customer experience, and we take feedback on board to improve in the future. We are a small company and we have to adhere to social distancing in the warehouse which means exchange turnarounds can take a bit longer that we'd hope, but as I am sure you understand staff safety is very important to us.
