Thank you for reaching out via this review. Our guarantee is to replace any plugs that fail to grow as you correctly state. To insure success the second time we ask customers to help by completing a survey for what happened including how the grass arrived, how soon it was planted, how it was planted, a descriptions of the planting location and care post planting. This was was not completed as requested and that is why the replacements were not sent.

Sorry to hear some were difficult to plant but have some patience as long as you planted the roots the plant should survive.
