Good prices, but poor logisticsy
Responses by email are slow and poor. Telephone support is much better, they try to help, but it seems difficult for them to turn the promised resolution into action.

I'd like to apologise again for the Dash Restorer Pad cases arriving damaged due to lack of packaging. I have raised a replacement order for you which is due to be delivered tomorrow. In addition to this, I have emailed our warehouse to make them aware of the issue and to ask that the replacements have more sufficient protection, to avoid them from arriving broken for a second time.
