I am sorry to hear this. The Royal Mail were unable to deliver and have just returned the framed print to us so we have just resent the package to you that should be there shortly.
My experience with Zippi's was first class from start to finish.
The product I ordered was delivered as said and was packed very good. Would recommend this company
Very pleased with my coasters which were from photos of my paintings. The colours were lovely. Also the Web Site was easy to use and they arrived as advised.
customer service was very ride and said they believe the coasters they sent is aper market standards and hence they won't change it. Please be very very careful before you order from them

We have 1000s of happy coaster customers and one the highest satisfaction ratings in the UK for our industry so we are disappointed with your feedback.
