we were appalled to hear that the case was damaged in the post. We pride ourselves on our quality but on very rare occasions items can be damaged in transit via the Royal Mail. As our offices are closed at weekends we got straight back to you on Monday and replaced the item and provided a 50% refund as well to apologise for the inconvenience.
We hope you are pleased with our service to rectify the situation and can confirm that we have done our best to make amends for the experience in this instance.
