Extremely disappointed in the quality and size. However the customer service was good. Would not recommend to friends or family.

I am astounded by your review as we have a trail of emails where we tried to help you as you were trying to use a photo that was 50kb! We went back and forth suggesting you use alternative photos and in the end did a much smaller canvas and refunded the difference. We did the absolute best we could with an appalling quality image. Most other companies would have just printed your image as requested yet we did not want to do this and ensured you ended up with a canvas that looked much better than it would have done otherwise. Your image was 50kb compared to normal images being at least 1200kb.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and service but sadly there is only so much we can do with poor quality images.
