Our photos did not arrive in time, even after the grand message we got about the packaging and sending of our order. Quite pricey as well.

Hi there
We have checked your order and it was despatched on exactly the day we said would by next day courier and delivery was attempted in the 1 hr slot that you were advised of. Unfortunately you were not in. We have a photo of your address taken at the time of the attempted delivery. The items were then successfully delivered the next day when you were in.
If we ever make a mistake we are the first to hold our hands up and we will bend over backwards to atone but in this instance it is clearly your own fault for not being in!!! As for the price then our prices are very clear and we provide a premium service that get items to you next day so I am not sure why you are criticising this after you made the purchase.
I am sorry we couldn't arrange for you to be in during the 1 hour slot we promised to deliver.

Lovely gift for Mother's Day. Easy to use service, good value for money and delivered within 2 days. I would use the service again.
Only point would be it wasn't 100% clear if the sizes were...
