I am sorry to hear this. We do have a clear policy where if there is any fault in the product then we will immediately repair or replace the product. You received a confirmation confirming the size you had ordered and we produced the order exactly as requested. In this instance you ordered the wrong size so we were not at fault but we offered you an additional discount to re-order that totalled 30% to help ease your frustration. We have checked our editor and it is working perfectly.
