Customer service was OK but the problem was the product. The quality was not as expected - the size was small and the paper quality was just that - paper and not card.

Thank you for feedback. I am sorry to hear this. With regard to the size then I have checked your order and you ordered the smaller A6 size card and I can confirm the size we sent you was A6. We do a bigger size should you wish to re-order.
The greeting card we use is a professional gloss greeting card media and we do not use paper so I am at a loss to understand your feedback. If you could get in touch at info@zippi.co.uk to elaborate further it would be appreciated.
