Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you rate the service and product as good. I note that you state that there was no gift message option but I can confirm we do offer a gift message option which is in the basket where you could have added a gift message on a tag.
As you mention you bought from us for the convenience and speed. You ordered on a Thursday evening and we despatched your item on the Friday and got it to the destination requested in a defined 1 hour slot on Saturday morning! I'd say that was pretty brilliant on our part.
With regard to the Saturday next day courier service you selected then you did well to choose Zippi as most other photo product providers don't offer saturday delivery and where they do they are more expensive than us. We charge saturday delivery at below cost to give fantastic service to our customers.
You also stated that you found this price for this amazing fast and quality service unacceptable!! Our product is very good value and we are yet to find a cheaper product & service that compares to our quality in the UK.
Which begs the question why did you buy if you found the price unacceptable? As you know we are very up front with the pricing. If someone forced you to buy this product then please report it to the authorities immediately.
We are an independent company team that works tirelessly to ensure our customers are happy and we are very passionate about what we do. So its a little disappointing to get a 1 star review for a great product and service.
Nevertheless we move on and we wish you all the best for the future. We hope you have a relaxing weekend.
