Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you like the quality of the product which we despatched on the exact date we promised as you know. We despatched the package via the Royal Mail second class service which is the free delivery service you selected.
From experience Royal Mail second class can take longer than 2 days so if you need the product in a hurry next time we offer next day courier, first class plus first class tracked and second class tracked if you would like to receive delivery earlier.

The delivery prices are very clear on the delivery page, basket and checkout. Delivery costs are charged at cost or below cost to ensure we provide the cost effective solution.
