Hi there, really sorry to hear that. Your framed was correctly assembled before it left here. We would never despatch an item without the clips properly assembled to the rear. On rare occasions if a lot of pressure is applied to the outside of the box in transit then it could undo the clips but as you know they can easily be refastened in a few seconds.
