You did order a 'gift tag' not a decorated box. The Gift Tag as you would expect is made from card with your message in italic font.There is no decorated box image on the website so we are disappointed by your review. I am sorry if you were confused.

You did order a gift tag not a decorated box. There is no decorated box image on the website and we dont sell or portray a decorated box. I think you must be confusing our site with someone elses.
Unfortunately did not have what I originally wanted however they sourced another item for me which has arrived and I am delighted with the quality and finish.
