Hi, your order was despatched on time via the free 2nd class postal service you selected. Currently we are still in the estimated delivery window we gave you in your order confirmation. You ordered at night and we despatched the next morning - It has also been less than a week since your order!!
We offer next day courier, tracked 24 and first class post at cheaper rates than other photo processing companies. We have not heard from you until this review so perhaps it may be worth contacting the company you order from next time if there is any issue.
At this time of the year if you need an item quickly that it could be worth considering selecting one of the faster delivery options we offer!!!
