I'm sorry to hear that. Whilst the wallet case can be more matt like in print it shouldn't be washed out. If you would like to send us a photo of the case, we will investigate straightaway and reprint the case for you. We haven't had any correspondence from you until now so please get in touch asap.

Was well pleased with our photo block. Delivery was a bit off, but that was probably due to the bank holiday! But would definitely buy from Zippi again!
