I still have not received my purchase so am unable to comment on quality of goods. What can you do to follow up with Royal Mail?

We are sorry to hear this. Due to the delays at Royal Mail due to strikes then we are finding that items are taking longer to get through but they are still being delivered. We have a lot of messaging about this in the basket that if you do choose Royal Mail instead of courier delivery then it is likely to take longer. If your order does not come through soon then please get in touch.
