The glass wasn't secured into its frame properly and was scratched. So had to take it apart to refit myself, causing lots of wood fibres and dust to get onto my print.

The cup mats are very good quality. They are a gift. I would have liked them in a box. The service was great. Photos look great on them. Nice personal gift.

Hi there, wooden coasters arrive gift wrapped in secure packaging as shown on the website. Only glass coasters are boxed due to fragile nature. I am sorry you are not happy with the colours. If you can email over photos then we will investigate straightaway
