It will not cost anything to get the correct coil sent out to you and we will not request that you send the one you have back at your own expense. Could I ask, what coil you have received, was the resistance incorrect or was the coil model incorrect? Also, could you describe to me what issues you had with the service you received please as I would like the opportunity to try to get to the bottom of it for you.

Hi Tristan thanks for getting back to me, I asked for the nautilus X coil replacement and have received the cleito 120 replacement coil.
I am disappointed as I was relying on this so as I wouldn't have to pay extra for tobacco which means all in all this has cost me a lot more than expected, I tried calling a number that was giving to me to make yous aware of this and the person on the phone hung up on me.
Thanks again for getting back to me.

Okay, thanks very much for taking the time to let me know these facts. Firstly, I think I can explain what was like going on when your call was 'Hung Up'. We use a voip phone system here (internet based) and from time to time the exchange server can sometimes drop a call unintentionally. So the person who took your call likely did not mean to hang up. Depending on your caller ID settings, they were likely unable to look up your number from the call log to phone you back. Secondly , we completely understand how much people depend on getting their consumable supplies on time and in good order and so I apologise on behalf of the dispatch team for getting the order wrong in the first place. Please look out for a replacement coil in the mail in the next day or two as we will send it today. Along with that we would like to send you two more additional coils free of charge as token of goodwill for the inconvenience caused to you by the mis-pick in the first place. Would that be a satisfactory step in the right direction or an action that would suit your needs ?
