I am first off very sorry to hear about the experience you have been through with this order. I have found your email request and we will investigate as to how it went unanswered. We believe there may have been a temporary replacement member of staff covering the administrator's desk that day and we will have to investigate how it was that your email was not picked up. I'd like to offer you either a full refund or if you prefer I can send you the Series B DNA mod at no additional cost to yourself.
This is not the level of customer service we aim to deliver and it is not our usual standard as clearly something very unusual has taken place here. The reason you have had this review email through so recently is that our connection to Feefo directly from our site suffered a technical issue. So they are just catching up with customer's purchases now. Otherwise we could have resolved this within a week for you.
I hope you will allow us another opportunity to show that we do care about our customers and we want their needs and yours to be our highest concern.
