Hi , Let me start by saying I can completely understand your frustration. The administrator who was dealing with your order had arranged for the stock of this product which is on clearance offer to be drawn from our bricks and mortar locations to cover your order. She unfortunately took ill during the course of making these arrangements and as a result we were unaware that there was any kind of issue surrounding this order. We have investigated this and found that an arrangement was indeed made to secure the stock but that this resulted in a delay to the dispatch. So the products only left for dispatch on Thursday of last week.
This should have been communicated to you at the first instance so you had the choice of whether to continue with the order or not considering the delay. As a gesture of goodwill we would like to offer you 50% of the value of the items as online store credit as this is most assuredly not the level of customer service we aim to deliver and we accept that we have failed you on this occasion. I will personally contact you by telephone immediately to make sure you are satisfied with a resolution one way or another.

Hi Nick, I'm sorry to hear he package has not arrived in a reasonable time frame. I'll have a look and see if I can source more of the clearance liquid you ordered today and if possible send that out on a tracked service that's guaranteed 48 hrs. If that's acceptable to you of course. Or if you prefer we can arrange a full refund as I understand you may have had to go elsewhere to source liquid in the time its taken so far.

Hi Nick,
We've been able to source a further 7 bottles (the very last ones remaining in the company) of the Wahoo 3mg. These will be sent on a tracked service today that's guaranteed for 48hrs throughout the UK. The 3 outstanding amount to £11.85 which has been refunded. Your store credit offer remains intact though which was £1975 points equating to a £19.75 spend. The tracking number will be emailed via your account to you later today. Once again, we can only apologize for the hassle , delay and general inconvenience this has caused you. Hopefully our actions demonstrate our commitment to offering you the best service we can though and we can only hope you'll give us another chance in future.

Received today, 6 are 3mg but the 7th is 0mg so not much use to me - I've upped your rating as in fairness you have responded really quickly and offered me a refund and credit, which is more than fair. Still not convinced the original 10 bottles were ever there or you had them in stock but nonetheless, got my fave flavour and the second batch were delivered quickly. A generous 3 stars now guys!
