Thanks for your business and feedback. You submitted your In Mail order on 06.29 and emailed us the same day to indicate that the cards were not physical but eCards. We responded the same day with the revised offer amounts and you accepted. We issued the check payment on 07.02 and the check payment cleared our account on 07.15 which is a total of 8 business days. Unfortunately, USPS slows down around the holidays and your process was right at the July 4 holiday. You should have received an automated email from us on 07.02 that the check was issued and would be sent in the mail. We do not offer electronic payment to first time customers. Once you receive the first check and deposit it in your account, then, you are eligible for electronic payment.
