How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We're truly sorry that you received an item in this condition and for the frustration and stress this caused, especially when you needed it urgently. This is certainly not the standard of quality we aim to provide. Following your contact with us, we provided the correct return information and refunded the restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience caused. We apologise that your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as your feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed.

I have been a customer of Yours for years. The reason I love their clothes is the sizes. Very few shops cater for larger sizes. The clothes are good quality and affordable.
