This was a large order which was split as normal, as we couldn't send it all together. In the few days between the first part and rest of the order being dispatched, all of our roses were cut back by our nursery staff. This is standard practice and will encourage the roses to grow and flower next season. Unfortunately, there was an item missed off the order in packing, and when we dispatched a replacement it was lost in the courier system. The customer has been refunded in full and told to keep all of his roses with our compliments. We are confident that they will thrive. Will YouGarden Ltd
