Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the plants. We do publish all of our plant sizes in centimetres on our website, and advise that the Maxiplug size of plants are grown on for around 4-5 weeks before planting into baskets. Sorry about the delay. This order was dispatched just under 2 weeks after ordering, as we were awaiting a stock delivery, but should have been received a couple of days after that - I think this was delayed in the post too. Our PP&I charges cover not just the cost of postage, but also the cost of packaging and a whole variety of warehouse costs, which we regrettably have to pass on to the customer. I hope that helps.
