Sorry to hear that. There are a large number of factors that could have affected the performance of the product, as it relies on naturally occurring microbes to break down the organic matter in the pond. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement, bearing in mind to keep an eye on any fish to ensure they have enough oxygen. Sean yougarden ltd
