I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work as well as expected. The active microbes in Bio Pond Clear require the water temperature to be above 10°C to work effectively. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Make sure to aerate your pond and keep an eye on your fish, as the product will temporarily reduce oxygen levels while the microbes start to digest organic matter. Will YouGarden Ltd
