Sorry to hear that it wasn’t effective in your pond. Each pond is a unique ecosystem in its own right, and that coupled with the fact that Bio Pond Clear is a living biological product means that there are a considerable number of variables that affect how well it works in an individual pond. The results in an individual pond and the length of time to reach a level of clarity do vary. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Will YouGarden Ltd
