We did receive your request to cancel an order you placed but as it arrived after your order was processed and dispatched we were unable to stop it. 

We did respond to your message informing you of this. Perhaps it is in your junk/spam folder? We do not ignore any communications from customers.

IF you want to return the item you have you can do this FREE using our tracked returns service and we would be happy to exchange them to a different size and send these out at no extra charge also. Just click on the link to return your item https://www.yogarebel.com/pages/returns-form Once this has been done just drop us a message to info@yogarebel.com and we can send you out the alternative size or if you would prefer a refund we can do this also. I have just noticed you have a Hotmail e-mail account. We know this service is particularly ruthless with our messages. We don't know why. I am 100% confident this is the reason you haven't received our messages.

I have checked our return system and your return request has also been authorised and e-mail has been sent to you.

I would kindly ask that you add 'info@yogarebel.com' to your 'Safe Senders' list or contacts folder and I think you will find that the e-mails will begin to be received. Unfortunately these matters are outside of our control. To re-iterate., we do not ignore customer enquiries or return requests. It's simply not in our interest to do so and serves no purpose.

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you didn't like some aspects of our website design or speed. We do try and make our website as user friendly as possible but are always looking at ways to improve. If you have any specific examples of what you would like to see please feel free to e-mail our team at info@yogarebel.com with your suggestions and we will definitely take a look. If the ideas are workable and it makes things easier for our customers to find what they want then we will definitely look to implement them! As for the speed issue, our website is hosted on some of the worlds fastest servers, so there shouldn't be an issue with page load times, although of course this may vary depending on the speed of broadband connection our customers have. We are quite an image heavy website which we know most of our customers like, but this can potentially slow down load times if the internet connection speed is slow. We will run some tests just to make sure all things are running as they should on our side. We truly aim to exceed our customers expectations at all times so we are sorry we didn't achieve this for you but we will investigate the issues you have raised for sure. Thanks again.
