Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

the wheelie bin I bought was bigger that the council standard size and we were going to be charged more the half if the price to return.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately each council uses different sizes and we have no way of knowing which council uses which size. Because of this, we do state on our website that "If you have any doubts over which wheelie bin size and/ or colour your council will empty, then please contact your local authority as each one may adopt different policies." If you wish to arrange to return the item at your own cost then a full refund will be issued.
