1. Order was received late. You guys confirmed this with me on messages exchanged.
2. You guys lied and said my correct order would be sent as soon as you received receipt of me returning the wrong order back to you. Once I sent the receipt you guys then said it would be sent once you receive the items. So I now have to rely on the poor delivery service you guys use.
3. I have advised my friends to not place the orders they had in their baskets with you guys which was over £300 worth of clothes.
4. The only reason I have not cancelled my order is because its for a birthday present for someone else.
5. I can't speak on the quality of your clothes as I havnt received the order I places 2 weeks ago however your customer service is shocking and it seems alot of people agree with me

Dear Customer,
1. The order did not arrive late. Your opted for express shipping but placed the order at 10.50pm. To opt for next day delivery all orders are to be placed Mon-Fri before 3.30pm. As you did not place your order within this time bracket your order would not have arrived the next day.
2. Unfortunately we have to wait until all items are received from our warehouse before we are able to process a new order.
3. We apologise that you felt this way and have told others of your experience.
4. Your order was cancelled and refunded back to you on May 19th and your refund should now be back into your original payment method.
5. We apologise you feel your customer journey was not good. We aim to have all customer queries resolved as soon as possible.

Your right I did order past the cut off time....on WEDNESDAY so I should have received my order on Friday. However I did not receive it until late Saturday. This has already been dealt with by you guys through messages on Facebook and refunded. I'd suggest you communicate with other employees and find out more info before you tell a customer they are wrong.

Dear Customer,
If you look at your royal mail portal for your reference TC749183657GB you can see that your order was attempted for delivery Friday 6th May but were unable to attempt delivery. Your order was successfully sent out from our warehouse.
And thank you for the advice, but we are already aware of what has happened regarding your order and can see a refund was also processed for the late shipping. We are unfortunately unable to control Royal Mail once they have collected your parcel from us.
