Hi Neelam, we're very sorry to hear that! We can see that a refund had been processed on the 29th of April, which proof of this was emailed over to you. We are unfortunately unaware of the reason why this had taken so long for your bank to process this to you, as the refund left our system that same day. We believe that the delay in the refund being processed by your bank was due to the Bank Holiday.
