I sent 2 emails back the present was already wrapped up and didn’t have the bag it was sent seems silly u can’t crack on ure systems that’s an item was missing it’s a hell of a lot of messing around and it’s a Christmas present if I knew it would be this difficult I wouldn’t of ordered from u absolutely ridiculous that emails get ignored but I get a reply on here thanks Voi
