Fine for delivery but they wouldn't pick up something that had been bought accidentally so I had to fork out another £40 just for a courier to deliver the package back to them.

I can see that you spoke to our customer services department regarding this issue and were advised that you would receive a credit refund once this item was returned to us.
From the order information, I can also see that this refund was authorised and raised on the 30/4/18.
If you have yet to still receive these funds into your bank or building society account, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you further with this.
