I find woolovers very efficient with orders but it's a shame the return postage puts me off.

Sorry to hear the return postage costs have caused you some concern. We have listened to our customers and we do now offer a pre-paid returns label which is available to purchase when you place your order either on-line or via mail order.

There will, however, on occasions be slight variations in the colours and we have passed your comments to the relevant Department for them to have a look at to see if there are any improvements we could possibly make.
