Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

You can contact your local customs office for more information on claiming back VAT. In regards to the currency. you are able to pay in any currency you wish if you click on the flag in the top left corner of the webpage. You can select GBP here, it is called "Pound Sterling". We are sorry that you feel that there is no obvious link to the international page, this can be accessed again selecting the Rest of the World flag. Our web design team has been made aware of this.
