Thank you for your feedback, when we send out parcels we have no knowledge of their delivery of a parcel unless the customer contacts us to say that their order has not arrived. In addition we have no control over the sending of these emails so that customers can iindependently review our service. As for your order our logistics company has contacted you on this occasion to resolve the issue of non delivery of your parcel and if we can help further please contact us on info@woolovers.com.
