Thank you for your response. We have commissioned 'feefo' to carry out this research on our behalf and initially they are having to trawl back some months to get customer reactions, and thus I do realise it may cause problems of recalling all aspects of the transaction, but thank you for trying. In the future customers will be contacted within 7-10 days of their transactions and hopefully that will be a far better way of polling their opinions.
